We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or an error in pricing.

We deliver across Bangladesh through our own team and trusted courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with location, product availability, and custom-order lead times. Ownership and risk of the products pass to you on delivery.

Returns, exchanges, and product warranties are governed by our Return & Warranty Policy. Custom-made and special-order items may not be eligible for return except where they are faulty. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage or defects promptly.
